Community Standards and Focus Areas

• Public Spaces 

  • A landscape company is used for grass mowing and flower beds / landscaping maintenance.

  • Signs for political candidates will be removed from public spaces.

• Garbage Area

  • Please place all trash in the dumpster.  

  • Large items must be disposed of by the homeowner and should not be placed outside of the dumpster.

• Parking

  • Each unit is provided two marked parking spaces directly in front of the unit.

  • Visitor parking is for visitors and should not be used by homeowners  to accomodate extra vehicles,  or extended stay guests.

• Dog Waste

  • Maintenance of the yard to keep it free from offensive odors is required.

  • Please note all homeowners are required to pickup after their pets. Please be courteous!
